Pic Preview of my upcoming work

Posted by EricSullivan Oct. 29, 2008 @ 8:17 AM EDT

ANNOUNCEMENT!
I was going to bring the flash out this month, but it doesn't look like I'm going to make it. Sean and I are currently moving into a house with some friends, so were kind of caught up in moving crap right now, so that's occupied my time for a little.
The flash is almost finished, though. I've got a least 3 scenes and a half to finish up, as well as some eyes and mouth animations. So expect the flash to come out in early December. I'm sorry for the wait.

Hey, everybody. This post isn't anything special. I just wanted to tell you what I'm currently working on right now, which I'm trying to finish up as soon as possible.

My upcoming flash movie is going to be my long overdue "Clockwork Orange" spoof. For those of you not in the know, this whole flash contains remade versions of my two older "Clockwork" flashes, which you can watch here and here, if you feel like checking out the old versions.
This newer flash will also contain the unreleased parts 3 & 4, also in brand new, "spiffy" animation.

As for information regarding Sunday School 15, I'm not going to be starting on that until I finish "A Clockwork Orange", so don't expect that anytime soon. But I will say the story for the episode involves trolls and John becoming an Atheist.

Anyways, here's a small taste of the Clockwork Orange spoof in .jpg form:

Nov. 5, 2008 | 8:19 PM EricSullivan responds:

Yeah, the flash as a whole is going to be much longer then the older ones.

Looking good man, it will probably be as hilarious as usual :)

How many fps do you use for you animations? It's interesting to hear, cuz lots of people have 25.

Nov. 6, 2008 | 8:21 AM EricSullivan responds:

I pretty much use 12 fps.

it doesn't need remaking its great as it was
but ok lol

Well, I barely change anything joke-wise at all. The major difference is the animation, which is far more improved over the older versions. The only jokes I took out are the seizure inducing credit sequence and the stupid "writing poop on the wall" joke. Everything else that's different are added in jokes and the continued Parts 3&4.

Apr. 3, 2009 | 6:01 PM EricSullivan responds:

I'm sorry for the long wait, guys. Believe it or not, the Clockwork Orange flash has been finished for some months now. The reason I haven't released it yet is because my brother wanted to simultaneously release "A Clockwork Orange" with his "Super Ultra Squad Go!" flash, as well as our collaborative effort with the flash "Abortion 02 - Mafia".

So I'm pretty much waiting on Sean to play catch up. He's already finished Super Ultra Squad, so now he just has to do some finishing touches on Mafia. In the mean time, I've already been working on the new Sunday School (don't expect that one too soon, though. I still have a lot to do with the new episode).

They'll be done soon. I'm sorry for the ridiculous wait. :(

I actually watched it for my first time today, and I gotta say - Such a disturbing, different and bizarre piece of art!

It's not fully understandable, but it's still one hell of a film!

I'm looking forward to see your (new) version of it :)

Apr. 3, 2009 | 6:02 PM EricSullivan responds:

Awesome. Nothing better than getting more people to watch a terrific masterpiece of a movie.
