Hey, everyone. Eric Sullivan here. I've come crawling back out of my dank stinky pit to bring Newgrounds a whole new cartoon. It's been years since I've done a cartoon all by myself, but here it is. A stupid short horror/comedy zombie cartoon loosely based on a nightmare I once had.

I apoligize that it isn't a new Sunday School episode, but you could say it's a nightmare that the SS version of Eric had, where he seems to be a boy called Danny and where his mom didn't leave his dad. But, whatever. This cartoon is not cannon to that series, so fuck it.

My brother, Sean & I, got a new digital pen to use for animations and such. Something may be in the works down the line. We'll see. Haven't been able to do much work (or any work for that matter) because of personal matters in my life. Doing cartoons has pretty much been the last thing on my mind for the past year.

But we'll see if that'll change for 2011...

I just thought this was something really cool and worth mentioning, but Sean & I recently bought the Xavier: Renegade Angel DVD. We've both been big fans of the show, as well as big fans of PFFR in general. Well, Adult Swim had this contest where all these people could send in animated and live action shorts to appear in an episode of Xavier (the "Damnesia You Part 2" episode to be exact). Sean and I wrote a short, and he animated and voiced it and we sent it into the contest. We didn't win, but we ended up as a one of the runner-ups.

Now, the cool part about this is, they put our short in the bonus features on the DVD, along with the other runner-ups. Sure, we didn't get into the episode, but being on the DVD is a huge honor, especially since me and Sean both loved Wonder Showzen & Xavier. I just thought this was worth mentioning. So if any of you are interested in checking the short out, pick up the DVD. It's pretty cheap. And plus you'll get the chance to watch one of the most mind-fucking hilariously original shows to grace television.

God, I feel like a whore, but it's just so awesome. :)

Something Really Cool

Edit: Well, awesome that all of the Sunday School fans supported this episode. Thank you all!
I'm not really surprised I did way worse than with SS14, but at least I know the fans are still very supportive. I'm sorry I don't get flash movies out in time and I'm sorry they're not the best around, but thank you all, once again, for keeping this series alive. :)

Yeah! I'm finally done with the new episode! Took me long enough, didn't it?

In this episode, John becomes an Atheist after his drunk mom teaches him a lesson about death. Regardless of this, his mom still forces him to go to Sunday School, where he and the rest of the class fall through a hole and discover a village of Trolls who crave religious structure in their lives. Can John teach them the ways of Atheism or will Eric & Christy convert them into Catholics? Do you even really care?

Yeah, I still don't have any flash ready to be shown off yet, so don't give your hopes up. I just wanted to post a little update about my situation and give reason to why you haven't seen much work from me.

These last 2 years have been tough, and I haven't been getting much work done. My computer has been attacked by several viruses causing me to reboot several times. One time where I even lost a 6-year old flash I had just finally finished and had planned on releasing soon (that really sucked). Now, I've got two (yes, TWO) roommates who are massively addicted to World of Warcraft, and only ONE computer. So I'm lucky if I can even get on the computer these days. I'm just not able to find enough time to actually sit down and get some flash work done.
I just can't churn out flash movies like I used to back in 2003. So I know a couple of you are impatient and most likely pissed off, but I honestly can't help it.

I'm working my fastest to get the new Sunday School done. I'm most definitely going to get it out this year, you just all have to be a little more patient. And after I'm done with Sunday School, I'll probably try and finish up some smaller flash projects of mine that I've had on the afterburner for a while. One is a original flash based on a stupid sketch done by myself and Adam Crumpton ("Well, I'm Peter Pan!"), and then I might finish up my Legend of Z'foo remake and see if I want to pick up the shattered remains of my Clockwork Orange flash.

Anyway, that's it. I just wanted to apologize for the long wait and tell you all what's going down. I know I'm full of empty promises, but I'm trying my best to fulfill them. :(

Just keeping some of you up to date and telling you what's going down...

Hey, everybody. Since my work for Clockwork Orange has gone kaput (thanks random computer virus!), I have no work of my own to pimp out. So I'll just pimp out my brother's instead!

Super Ultra Squad Go! has just been released. It's Sean's send-up of Power Rangers (aka Super Sentai Series), as well as other anime and a little bit of Al Gore. It's probably one of his most ambitious flash movies to date and it's fucking hilarious, so check it out here.

Abortion 02 - Mafia has also just been released. This one was a collaborative effort between me and Sean. It's also the 2nd episode in our "secret" series known as Abortion. The concept of the series was to pretty much take every one of our crazy ideas that we'd never use in our other flash movies and abort them from our minds and into this series (hence the name). Check it out, if you want to enjoy groaning in pain. Watch it here.

A couple of you are not going to like to hear this... but I figure you might as well know...

About 2 days ago, my computer contracted a virus. I was unable to get rid of it and it was a pretty nasty one, so I was forced to reboot my computer. Well, no problem, since I backed up all my flash files on CDs.

Well, after the whole reboot process and getting everything organized, I started putting all my flash projects back on. When it came to putting my Clockwork Orange file back on, apparently the file became corrupted or something because the goddamn CD won't let me load it onto my computer. My backed up, completed version of my Clockwork Orange spoof is now lost. So I've literally lost all of the work I've put into that flash movie for the past 6 FUCKING YEARS!

What's the real kicker is that this is the ONLY flash movie of mine that was corrupted. It must of been something I used in the flash itself. I'm not even sure. All I know is that I'm really fucking pissed off because a flash movie I've been working on for a looonnnggg time has been flushed down the toilet. I swear, it's like the spirit of Kubrick wants to make sure I never finish this spoof.

So, yeah. Any of you waiting for me to bring Clockwork Orange out, I'm sorry to disappoint yet again, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen now. I'm really sorry. I'll probably try and do it again some other time down the road... but not right now. I'm too pissed off to try and re-animate all of the scenes I've lost again.

Again, I'm really really sorry for this inconvenience. It was beyond my control and there's nothing I can do about it now.

I'm probably just going to concentrate all my efforts right now to finish "Sunday School 15" (which miraculously survived). Sean's "Super Ultra Squad Go" is still on schedule, as well as the collaborative effort between me and Sean known as "Mafia".

Once again, I'm really sorry about this incredibly massive fuck-up. I'll find someway to make it up to everyone.

ANNOUNCEMENT!
I was going to bring the flash out this month, but it doesn't look like I'm going to make it. Sean and I are currently moving into a house with some friends, so were kind of caught up in moving crap right now, so that's occupied my time for a little.
The flash is almost finished, though. I've got a least 3 scenes and a half to finish up, as well as some eyes and mouth animations. So expect the flash to come out in early December. I'm sorry for the wait.

Hey, everybody. This post isn't anything special. I just wanted to tell you what I'm currently working on right now, which I'm trying to finish up as soon as possible.

My upcoming flash movie is going to be my long overdue "Clockwork Orange" spoof. For those of you not in the know, this whole flash contains remade versions of my two older "Clockwork" flashes, which you can watch here and here, if you feel like checking out the old versions.
This newer flash will also contain the unreleased parts 3 & 4, also in brand new, "spiffy" animation.

As for information regarding Sunday School 15, I'm not going to be starting on that until I finish "A Clockwork Orange", so don't expect that anytime soon. But I will say the story for the episode involves trolls and John becoming an Atheist.

Anyways, here's a small taste of the Clockwork Orange spoof in .jpg form:

Brand New Sunday School episode!!! I got off my ass and finished it!!!

It's far from finished, but I thought I'd show some of you Sunday School fans a small taste of the episode, which isn't much I'm afraid. I can also tell you a little bit about the story of the episode.

This episode is going to be about Ms. Doyle finding out she's adopted. With this new information, she goes off in search of her blood relatives. Meanwhile, Eric befriends an abandoned vampire orphan...

Anyways, here's a pic from some of the finished animation in the episode. The picture is of a young Ms. Doyle. Back when she was still a kid.
